ELT, STEM and CLIL Curriculum Development & Teacher Training (China)
I worked with Kingswood Schools International as a consultant supporting the development and implementation of a STEM-focused curriculum integrating English language learning with subject-based instruction across international school contexts in China. The work centred on applying CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) principles to support both subject understanding and language development.

Rapporteur for the Inclusion, Mobility and Multilingual Education Conference
I worked as a consultant leading knowledge capture and strategic communications for an international education conference in Thailand, organised by UNESCO Bangkok in partnership with the British Council Thailand. The event brought together policymakers, researchers and practitioners to explore questions of inclusion, mobility and multilingual education, including a high-level policy forum.

Senior Education Policy Adviser for the UK's Independent Scientific Academy
I worked as a Senior Policy Adviser at the The Royal Society, the United Kingdom’s independent scientific academy, on a full-time short-term contract contributing to national education policy work. The team’s focus was on advocating for a broad and balanced curriculum, strengthening systemic attention to climate and sustainability, and promoting high-quality science and mathematics teaching.

Multilingual and Mulcticultural Training for Kūrybinės Jungtys
I worked with the organisation Kūrybinės jungtys in Vilnius as a workshop designer and educational consultant, contributing to a multicultural education initiative within the municipal education system. My role involved designing and delivering a professional development workshop for creative practitioners working in diverse educational contexts.

Multishift Schooling Review in Mongolia
I worked with the Cambridge Partnership for Education in designing and facilitating policy-level workshops with senior ministry officials, education managers and implementing partners, focusing in particular on multishift schooling in Mongolia.

Teaching English Africa
I was the manager and materials editor for the development of the British Council’s “Teaching English Africa” website, a major initiative to provide teacher development resources for English language teachers across the continent.

Syrian Refugee Training (Lebanon)
I worked extensively with the Syrian NGO Multi-Aid Programs in Lebanon as a teacher trainer and curriculum developer. My primary role was in providing training for the organisation’s teachers, which has been combined with classroom observation and feedback.

Language for Resilience
I have worked on the British Council's "Language for Resilience" programmes as thought leader, materials development consultants, research consultant and workshop facilitator.

Kano Literacy and Mathematics Accelerator
I was the head trainer and lead materials developer of KaLMA, a large-scale programme whihc built foundational Maths, Hausa and English literacy skills across northern Nigeria.

Teaching and Learning in Difficult Times
I was the lead trainer and curriculum creators of this three-day training course focused on trauma-informed pedagogy for teachers of English from Ukraine.
