Across my career I have worked on more than 50 education consultancies. A selection of them appear below.
Projects

English and Digital for Girls' Education (EDGE) Programme, India
The EDGE project required a new Extension Phase syllabus and a full suite of club-based learning content (c. 120 hours) integrating English, digital skills and gender-sensitive livelihoods aims. I led the end-to-end design and development cycle, drawing on needs analysis, baseline/midline findings, literature review, prior materials evaluations, and livelihoods research. I audited existing/third-party content, created and finalised the Extension Phase syllabus, and coordinated inputs from a tech partner and gender specialists to ensure safeguarding, EDI and environmental alignment. I recruited and onboarded a writing team, planned and led a writers’ workshop in India, and oversaw drafting, revision and quality assurance against style guidance and designer specifications.

ELT, STEM and CLIL Curriculum Development & Teacher Training (China)
I worked with Kingswood Schools International as a consultant supporting the development and implementation of a STEM-focused curriculum integrating English language learning with subject-based instruction across international school contexts in China. The work centred on applying CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) principles to support both subject understanding and language development.

Rapporteur for the Inclusion, Mobility and Multilingual Education Conference
I worked as a consultant leading knowledge capture and strategic communications for an international education conference in Thailand, organised by UNESCO Bangkok in partnership with the British Council Thailand. The event brought together policymakers, researchers and practitioners to explore questions of inclusion, mobility and multilingual education, including a high-level policy forum.

Senior Education Policy Adviser for the UK's Independent Scientific Academy
I worked as a Senior Policy Adviser at the The Royal Society, the United Kingdom’s independent scientific academy, on a full-time short-term contract contributing to national education policy work. The team’s focus was on advocating for a broad and balanced curriculum, strengthening systemic attention to climate and sustainability, and promoting high-quality science and mathematics teaching.

Multilingual and Mulcticultural Training for Kūrybinės Jungtys
I worked with the organisation Kūrybinės jungtys in Vilnius as a workshop designer and educational consultant, contributing to a multicultural education initiative within the municipal education system. My role involved designing and delivering a professional development workshop for creative practitioners working in diverse educational contexts.
