Syrian Refugee Training (Lebanon)
I worked extensively with the Syrian NGO Multi-Aid Programs in Lebanon as a teacher trainer and curriculum developer. My primary role was in providing training for the organisation’s teachers, which has been combined with classroom observation and feedback.
In terms of the curriculum, I co-created materials with the teachers which embedded trauma sensitivity and promoted a humanistic and communicative approach to learning, even in the most challenging of circumstances.
